A medical review comes first
Your request will be assessed by the physician. A certificate is issued only when the medical situation and applicable rules allow it; an in-person examination may be required.
How it works
Share the details needed for a medical review. The physician decides whether the document can be issued. If approved, the certificate is sent manually by email.
No payment is requested when you submit your request. If it is approved, the physician explicitly sends a secure payment link; the certificate is never sent automatically.
What do you need?
Request the document online, then we will discuss whether an additional assessment is needed.
Fee
The certificate costs 9 € when the physician approves the request. A secure payment link is sent only after that review.
