Privacy Policy

Data controller

The data controller is the physician practising as an independent professional (PFI) through IassoHealth in Bucharest.

Personal and medical data we collect

We may collect your name, contact details, country of issue, information you choose to provide for the review, uploaded prescription documents, consent and declaration timestamps, and limited workflow records. We do not ask you to enter payment-card details in this form.

Why we use the data

We use the data to assess whether the request can be handled, communicate by email, request further information where needed, arrange an explicitly approved Stripe payment step, and manually send a final document only where the physician decides to do so. A request does not guarantee a Romanian prescription or any particular outcome.

Stripe payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe receives the payment data needed to process the transaction; IassoHealth does not store full card numbers. Stripe’s own privacy information applies to its payment service.

How the data are protected

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS-encrypted transmission, access controls, and authenticated private administrative access to uploaded documents. Access is limited to authorised people involved in handling the request. No security measure is absolute.

Retention

We keep the data only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal and medical-record obligations, then delete or anonymise them in accordance with the applicable retention period.

Your GDPR rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
